I build organizations that perform now and hold up over time.
CEO. Builder. Author. I've spent my career stepping into the moments that define a company, turning complexity into clarity, ambition into infrastructure, and results into something that lasts.

At 25, I learned the lesson that would define my entire career. I was Director of Client Services at Circles, a workplace experience company serving Fortune 500 employers and hospitals, with 200 people reporting into me during a period of hypergrowth. Growth without structure doesn't scale people. It breaks them faster.
I spent the next two decades building the structure myself, across tech, corporate, and mission-driven organizations alike.
At City Year, the global education organization that partners with public schools to close the achievement gap, I drove the regional idea and turn it into infrastructure serving nearly a million students across 28 cities and three countries.
At Health Leads, a social enterprise connecting patients to the food, housing, and social resources that shape health outcomes as much as medical care, I led the human infrastructure that carried the organization from regional service to a national platform, backed by a $16M foundation investment.
At Valimail, a global tech company in email security, I sat at the center of the strategy and performance that tripled ARR from $12M to $30M, achieved Rule-of-40 profitability, and carried the company through its acquisition by DigiCert.
The system always mirrors the leader. Not the strategy. The leader.
That conviction became a book. Wired to Win: The Hidden Code for Leaders to Build and Scale High-Performing Organizations launches September 2026. I wish I'd had this twenty years ago. Now you do.
I've been recognized as a Business Insider Top 25 Innovator, a Stevie Award winner for Female Thought Leader of the Year, and named to Fast Company's Best Workplaces for Innovators.
I live in the Bay Area with my husband and our two kids, who keep me honest, humble, and constantly laughing.
