There was a season when I, too, faced the fracture between outer success and inner alignment, when achievement outpaced meaning and growth came at a personal cost. The frameworks I now teach were forged in that fire. They emerged from years of leading through high-pressure growth, doing the deep personal work, and rebuilding from the inside out.

That journey is why I can walk with leaders through their own dark night of the soul, the moment they discover that what they’ve built no longer fits who they’ve become. I help them uncover the deeper architecture of who they are and what they’re here to build.

Today, my home life grounds everything I teach about aligned leadership. It’s where I practice the same principles I bring to boardrooms: clarity, integrity, and community.
